Pork chops deliver iron, potassium and other essential nutrients, while being about as lean as chicken.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Large Pork Chop
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup fresh Thyme
METHOD:
- Melt butter in a frying pan on a high heat. Once butter is melted add pork chop and cook each side for 1 minute to brown it.
- Turn down heat to medium and cook for 16 minutes, turning occasionally so each side is evenly cooked.
- For last minute of cooking add in the Thyme and cook until wilted
- Serve with broccoli and a wedge of lemon.
