  • Knob of butter
  • 2 trout fillets

 

Method:

  1. Melt the butter in a frying pan on a moderate heat – coating the pan.
  2. Add both fillets – place skin side down for 4 minutes
  3. Flip over halfway through cooking and cook for another 4 minutes.
  4. Remove skin if preferred – otherwise keep them on. Serve with some lemon slices.
