“Scrambled eggs is paleo fast food – quick to cook, healthy to eat, yet delicious and on you plate in minutes”

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 large eggs
  • Pinch of salt & pepper
  • Knob of butter

 

METHOD:

  1. Whisks the eggs together in a bowl
  2. Add the butter into a pot over a medium heat and wait for it to melt.
  3. When the butter starts to bubble add in the eggs. Wait 20 seconds
  4. As the egg starts to set at the bottom of the pot, with a spatula gently push down into the pan from the edges and drag the mixture into the centre. You will start to get some egg curdles. Slowly continue in a clockwise manner, until the whole mixture has curdled together.
  5. Remove from heat, drag all the curdled egg to one side of the pot (the heat of the pot continues to cook the eggs) and leave for 20 seconds.
  6. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with salt & pepper.
